The project consists of a feasibility study and the creation of pre-production prototypes of high pressure resistant balloon and micro-balloon. Our goal was to create functional samples of balloons and micro-balloons in various shapes, resistant to pressure up to 40 bar.
The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
Once the materials had been identified and the production process designed, we moved on to the creation of prototypes and the standardization of the production process. In this way the passage of information to external production departments occurred without loss of information and in a rapid and precise manner.
